Our buyer name is “wilken”.
We add some tickets, but no working solution since today. We answer to your email in the same hour, but now waiting and waiting and getting no feedback. We also answer to ticket in your ticket system, but also here no feedback. Just one message to initial question is not enough to solve a detailed problem if you need to communicate with all details.
Our onlineshop is offline since we have this problem and we loosing so much money.

We love your theme so much and we are going to buy it again for 4 other customer/online stores. But right now we have a bad feeling doing this: what if we have complex problems with theme core files/bugs? We will wait again weeks to solve a just one problem?! This is no workflow for a real business.
I hope to work with you again and your theme is one of the best for magento.

I have never said this ever but I would love a refund for this. Not a fan it does not work at all.

I am very disappointed with this theme. I tried to configure it several times from scratch and always without success. It always appears with layout errors. I went back to the setup to try a different variation and the site got even worse. He kept the elements all duplicated.

Very difficult to get the installation work. Even at a local installation it's quite heavy installation and we don't get it work nice.
