The support is really awesome, they replied within an hour and solved my issues with the setup. They even changed/added few things I requested them pretty quickly. The theme and the customer support is really awesome. Thank you, guys!

I changed my rating to 5 stars because the Userthemes customer service does try to be very helpful (and also keep requesting I give 5 stars, rather than 4). The theme is very attractive and has the possibility to cover a lot of things. Unfortunately, you have to buy and install it to see the admin. They should send the documentation that comes with the download since it covers all the admin screens. I’m adding a few notes here to hopefully save others some time in considering the theme and in install. Note: I was moving a site with 2000 legacy articles, most of which had 300×250 px size images. I got quotes from $600 – $3000 to move this but I did it myself with the developer’s support. At $39, it’s a powerful theme and their support will really answer anything to get you up, running and RATING 5 STARS. If you are in India time zone, you will get a response very quickly but don’t expect responses during US day. English is not their first language so the back and forth can be time-consuming either live via Skype or over email. They do try hard to help however. They updated the template to cover my image size and worked as admin to fix issues. • You need to install both the NOON and NOON child themes. There is also a suggested NOON plugin. The plugin is only important if you want author profiles after posts. • When the NOON theme “suggests” a logo size, they mean “requires.” Get a 255X84px logo exactly or it won’t show. Likewise with almost all other size specs. They must be exact. •The theme conflicts with the Autoptimize plugin so deactivate it BEFORE you install the theme and clear cache at c-panel level. • The theme wants you to have ginormous images. They created a workaround for me for legacy articles but you’re going to want all new articles to ideally be exactly: 1000X665 px For the theme to look its best. • You can only have 7, maybe 8 top menu items • Documentation is mostly images of what you see in the admin. It doesn’t explain very much. • I had a lot of issues with adsense ads working, fixing them mostly by trial and error in the Adsense dashboard. I found that some responsive ads didn’t work. I finally found image responsive ads that would work. You can turn off most ads just by not entering code. The theme will replace missing adsense code with content or larger image magically. • Almost all colors are customizable which is great. The only exception is Social Media icons which are B&W.(they may change this in future they told me). Some names of image types are confusing so expect to spend a fair amount of time in trial and error. You can change H1 and title tags, but H2 and beyond you need to change in CSS. • There is no “share using email” I am still working on increasing load speed of the theme since Autoptimize appears to break it every time. Happy to help anyone else considering using this template since we learned a lot.

I updated rating because customer support does everything they can to make the theme work for you. Support is a bit frustrating due to language and time difference, but they really want the theme to work for you. Our site does look as promised though it's too bad they won't send you documentation or show you a test admin so you understand how the site works (and doesn't work).
