A verry nice template! But, I had some promblems with Ad codes and I was getting full support for that with tips and explanation. Now it works like the way I want. PERFECT!

I read some negative reviews saying the theme can’t be customized. I’ve tried several top themes before, the previous one is Bimber. It has a lot of features but too heavy and slow for a viral website. As a result, my site is constantly down and encounters a lot of problems. But when I switched to Zox News, my site became lighter and faster. It’s very customizable too, the codes of the theme is so simple and easy to understand. You can tell that the author really put site speed on top of his priority when he created this theme. I’ve done a lot of heavy modifications to Zox News in order to suit my needs and so far I’m a highly satisfied customer.

This theme is very pretty, but that's about all it has going for it. Customization is crap. Things that you expect to be BASIC (like deciding what goes in each section of your homepage for instance) are not. No portfolio or gallery options either. So you have limited options for displaying images. Support is terrible. Not only is it untimely, they basically offer no real help. If you want to understand this, just have a read of all the comments (I am sorry I didn't read the comments before purchasing). They seem to give the same response - 'we do minor customizations but you have to pay someone to do what you want'. What they consider minor is I assume a mystery. And what you want, particularly in my case is a very basic expectation of a theme. If you want a pretty theme - get this. Honestly it is mostly simple to use. It got complicated for me when I expected it to do things that come as normal with most other themes I have purchased. It got complicated when I figured I could decide that i could separate my homepage sections by category. If you want serious options (basic options) for building your site, don't get this theme. If you want something you can slap on fast as is with limited customization of really anything - get this theme.

Doesn't actually give support, just relentlessly tells you to read the readme file. Great theme however. Shame the "support" isn't there and third parties had to be employed. Include that third party cost into your budget when considering buying.

Not just an excellent theme, but also excellent support that was able to fix a few customization options/questions I had. All around a really great looking site that I am more than happy with!

I love this theme. i originally had FLEX MAG --- but got this newer theme. There's a few things I don't like about it though. People often tell me the CONTINUE READING BUTTON doesn't work and they can't read the full article. Also, it doesn't show how many people share it on Facebook. Like the other themes, if something is shared 1.2k times or 76 times, the number would be by the Facebook share button and other share buttons --- but this doesn't do that. I think it should.

for a such beautiful theme is has so less customization and most of the setting require code entering so it's a bit hard for someone not used to coding

Has theme theme been updated with the Sticky / Parallax “IN-POST ADVERTISEMENT” feature like in the ZoxPress Theme?

I bought a theme before, not any problem for couple of years. I decided to buy another one from the same author, and it was a complete different situation. Once you want to customize the theme a bit, here come the problems. And when you use the support, you are asked to pay for basic functions implemented in most of themes.With this, I decided to ask for refund because without the basic function missing (featured image auto resize function), the browsing isn't smooth for the visitor. But for the author, it's not a good reason to activate a refund.

Totally grateful for this theme. Impressive wherever you look, excellently adapted to all platforms and very easy to configure, although your programming skills are minimal. Everything I wanted to move from its place and needed a bit of CSS code, I could do it. Thanks MVPThemes. Super conforming to the acquisition of the template! Demo.zip file is not working well. Very limited zones. Not same as demo. And we cant find a lot of settings about designing.

To layout out seems to be impressive, but as you go on customizing, it shows that ZOX is not very flexible and not user friendly. Had to delete it.

I wanted a word press them for my company's web site and when I saw this design- I had to buy it. It's one of the best designs out there and this team has done a fantastic job, with creating an eye catching theme.

1.Documantation is poor, step by step Documantation with images are more welcomed.2.No post image resizer, "Theme out of Time" limited by some size, u will have problems if u have allready tons of post writen, aditional plugin may will fix that, no free plugin outhere found. 3. Refuned denied cause allready downloaded, ok i will accept that and there is no reason to put away a star of this rating, but a reason for the Future to not Buy stuff from this AuthorI bought a page Builder for same prize and I m more Happy with that, i was wasting money on this Theme.

If you have any basic knowledge of coding, or have a gift of being able to figure stuff out. The documentation has everything you need to make this how you want it. It is great right out of the gate though.

Its impossible to customize the theme as you like. You have to se for pre defines options. For top artikels you should be able to choose exactly what to show but you can only show the latest form a cathegory or tag. Sure you can make a separate tag to show the same artikle all the time but the theme is hard to work with. The most annoying thing is you cant design the layout of the differtent sections with some own widgets. Its built strange with ONLY horizontal columns.

Still not working, Issue haven't solved yet. too poor service. Don't buy any product of MVPThemes. Worst company ever seen. Waste of money and time. No on-time support. Feeling Sad with Themeforest.

Rude customer service who would rather accuse you of lying then address the issues of theme comparability with PHP 7. Go read the reviews yourself. Does it seem normal a developer and support team would attack every negative review?Do you find it odd the positive reviews all sort of read the same?

This thema is incredible. I really like your modern design. Everything works perfectly. I just did not like the sharing buttons on the side of posts. They could stay in the end. And it would be amazing if that thema had pages for registration and login and customized pages for integration with buddypress. I look forward to these updates.

Hi, I do not make any reviews to templates having bought more than 20 from themeforest, but I want to make an exception with this template. Clean, easy, and has the caption for readers so simple that it makes attractive not to read the articles inside. But more is the great customer service I have gotten every time I have a doubt. I have purchased and used a number of Wordpress themes over the last 10 years, Zox News theme is by far the best overall theme I have ever used. The design layout is amazingly professional and functional and looks incredible. I also like the performance and speed of my website using this theme, All in all I am completely satisfied 100%.

Overall Good theme. Though i would've liked the theme better if you could edit the homepage other than just choosing between 7-8 homepage types.Maybe a drag'n'drop builder?Also, i'm missing a "Breaking News" feature - which would be really useful. What kind of news can you post if you can't show it as breaking news??Other than that, overall a nice design and mobile friendly.

I purchased this theme for a new project of mine - I literally spend hours scrolling through various other themes and testing their functionalities. Nothing beats the ZOX News theme - It was easy to install and is very user friendly. I now have a fantastic looking website with perfect ad placements. The reasons are many, but ThemeForest allows to list only one (i.e. Design Quality).Great look and feel. Functionality and support are awesome as well.

Great Theme! Please tell me I don’t understand… There are three post modes: - Standard; - Video; - Gallery… How to add images to a post in Gallery mode? I see there just that you can add the main image of the post.

1) Does not use template-parts at all, and uses code over and over in the same featured.php file, with the same css element names over and over, so you can't even tell what part is which, with coditional loops and queries, within more conditional loops and queries, again, all in one file. This exact type of code needs template-parts.2) Almost every post is encapsulated by an "a" tag, with headers, images, divs, etc, all within one a tag. If you ever want to add additional a tags, it breaks because it's already within an a tag (not that you care). The worse part is that if you fix this code for the author, it breaks the theme, as the css style uses the "A" () tag, or a class assigned only to a tags, as the parent css.< > = [ ] (prevents html)So instead of: [div class="style-from-this-class"] [a href="#"] title [/a] [div] content [/div] [/div].. you do: [a href="#" class="style-from-this-class"] [div class="stuff"] title [/div] [div class="more-stuff"] content [/div] [img src="" /] [/a]This is why NO ONE can customize or fix your theme, without re-writing it. YES things break if you remove elements etc, but if you used the proper div etc for the toplevel, nothing at all would break, and this is partly why you never put stuff in a tags.3) Uploaded files (images) to the themes option page are not registered with WordPress (You can never delete them, or get information about the upload/its location ever again). The fact you refuse to fix this is not just inconsiderate, it means that you don't care about resources.You deleted my last review because it had a solution to a problem, quoted from the WordPress Codex itself. I have saved this review as a template, in case you are offended by this review and have it removed, so that I can get it worded in a way which does not offend you
