I bought this theme in order to build an online ordering site for one of my clients and the support team helped thoroughly to solve some of my problems and to help me understand everything I wanted to know!

If you're looking to build a restaurant Ecom.. Do not use this theme. One the customer support doesnt know what they're doing. I had to start from scratch several times. Two there are so many issues with the theme its ridiculous. I turn off delivery and it shuts down my ability to add anything to cart. There is no open/close hours. The theme is not user friendly. Overall this is not worth the money..

Waste of money and lots of time. I previously gave 5 star at the beginning of my work but now I would reconsider buying this theme. The support team is not able for many days to solve basic problems with the theme: 1) "Price from" in menu shows the highest price among variations. 2) I can't upload logo to look normally - looks like a thumbnail but it's in good size, neither I don't know where through ftp client to upload new logo (there are few places, but I couldn't get info where are they) 3) I can't receive emails notification about new orders and I wasn't provided with any solution so far. 4) There is no documentation for this theme - so if I can't find something I have to write email - no replies on this forum.My site is bakeryphuket.com. In next 18 hours I have first presentation of my products to big customer. My site doesn't work. It's not my first experience with ready themes nor with Wordpress. I was implementing another theme called "Book your travel" (now asiandivers.pl) on the same servers and all worked fine. I'm in tears now, have to make and print fast paper leaflet, which wasn't my plan at all. And have to look for another theme quickly. After tomorrow presentation I will contact themeforest for claim this theme being removed for testing.

Hi, I logged out from the help site and signed in once more. failed to remember my secret word and did a failed to remember secret word. The framework said I will get the email in 10 mins however longer than an hour I made the solicitation I havent gotten it yet . The are so many errors in the theme. I does not look like the demo. It can be fixed if the support ever reply.

I had problems with the installation of some plugins, and they helped me on every moment until everything was fixed. Really good job and very happy with the team.

Really disappointed by this theme. There are a number of indications that it's basically a reskin of some other theme with residuals of features not included from that theme present throughout. I think my favorite part of this theme was the reviews block for Page Builder but it suffered from a major lack of flexibility and the styling for the "All Reviews" block (which did not, in fact, show ALL reviews) was insanely oversized. I spent the better part of a day trying to fix various issues before tossing in the towel. Hopefully the next them I try for this project will be less problematic. Shame about the reviews plugin though, I rather liked the concept, it was just the devil in the details that killed it.

I needed help along the way several times and the support I received was fantastic. They made bug fixes, they went in to my account and changed settings for me, they sent me version updates to match my needs, they sent me coding and told me how to implement it, and they showed me screenshots of how to do everything step by step. Any time I sent a question they would respond with a solution within 24 hours. Absolutely fantastic. This was the best support I've received anywhere for anything.

Hello, i will like to know if this theme supports Anchor Links or page scroll to id where if a user clicks on a certain link on the website page, it will scroll or take the user to a select menu on this website template. Does this theme support it and or can it be implemented on it?
