Really bad customer service. You have those tickets thing that are very annoying. You say that it takes 24 hrs to solve an issue but it really takes more than 48 hrs and sometimes days . Each time that a ticket is submitted you ask for admin ID, passwords, etc and we gave it to you then you ask again and again for the same info so it takes double of the time to answer a question and you always go around and dont focus on giving the answer right away. Too may bugs from OPENCART and for the purchased theme as well. Not easy to customize and very disappoint with the customer service

Yeah, They don’t provide any help and they use tikets that nobody from their side is taking care. Bad cusotmer services, difficult to install and customize, confusing and vague instructions. Don’t buy it.

this website after install step by step and when connect with support ask full package them not send to me i need cancel this order and back my money

for Arabic language like here demo
