An excellent theme with excellent (fast and patient) support if things don't quite work as expected. There are seemingly endless configuration possibilities for the whole site and for individual posts and pages so you do need to spend some time working out what to set up where. The results are worth it though.

There are two main reasons I have given this theme five stars. 1. The flexibility to create a new design for your site every week, if you decided to, is possible with Superhero. The features are brilliant and will give you a stunning website. The only limitation is your imagination.2. Ricky. A few days after I purchased the theme, an update became available. At that time there was no way for the theme to auto-update and I had no idea how to do it. For people who work with code/build sites every day, etc. it is a breeze. I was required to delete the theme, download the updated Superhero and re-install it. I panicked and began to think I had made a mistake with my new purchase. When you know how to do this, it is really simple. But I didn't know. My biggest fear was getting it wrong and not knowing how to correct it. I opened a ticket and explained my concerns. Ricky responded very quickly and explained how to install the update. He was patient with my me (though I'm sure he was pulling his hair out!) and gave instructions. But the best part is that they have now provided a plugin which will do auto updates for Superhero. I would recommend this theme if you want your site to be responsive and professional.

There is no way to get support. All the links within the product go to pages that are 'not found'. I like the theme, but without support, I can't really use it for my web design business.

I’m so mad right now! I spent weeks setting up this theme and today it just stopped working. I saw the theme was showing up as it needed an update, so I pressed update and now its deleted all the formatting. What a complete waste of my time! I WANT ANSWERS!

This was a really awesome theme the first couple times I used it, so much customisation abilities. However, this time has been a complete nightmare. SOOOOO many bugs, and support slow to assist. Very disappointed.

The Netbee plugin seems to have messed up everything I worked so hard on. When I de-activate the Netbee Extensions plugin the website loads but all messed up with additional footers. I have screenshots of all the the pages and how I had them, so I can show how badly this update has messed up the website. When I active the Netbee Extensions plugin the website doesn’t load, I just get a white page. None of the pages load.

Five stars for everything.Like many, I was using Avada before I made the switch to Superhero. In a word, WOW!!!No more conflicts with other popular plugins and my site is so much faster.I have four Avada licenses, I'll trade them for one Superhero license!Super theme!

Really disappointed, can't get the product registered even after following the instructions. If you guys are reading this and are still looking for a good wordpress theme, don't purchase this one!

I am wating since 3 months on an answer to my support ticket… First it was a good theme but it was last updated on 22th February 2020. Since then many issues occured and the support does not answer any more. Even the support link on their page is broken, so that you can not message them. Looks like i sadly have to move on to another theme, where the author is still active…

Very swollen insole with many mistakes. very heavy and slow to edit. Problems with api key. not working Support slow and does not solve problems. I do not recommend this template for any web project.

Support a little slow at first, but they eventually helped us out. The documentation for importing demo content wasn't 100% correct either.

No updates since long time and the answer that theme is updated over Envato market plugin is also wrong
