I'm very disappointed with this theme. It doesn't include any demo material, nor the 'presets'/'skins' featured at the demo site may be chosen whatsoever. Customer support has been kind (although really slow, with response times between 4 and 7 days), but after 10 messages it is finally up to me to get things as I understood the theme would provide. I have been trying to install the demo files they sent me but after a couple of weeks investing time on it (I was buying a theme expecting it to work pretty easily) I'm just throwing in the towel. I feel deceived from what I saw at their demo site.

I have just purchased Berk theme for Wordpress. Do you have any sample pages (as the ones seen at the demo site) to be downloaded and installed?

I have tried to upload the theme but I get it hangs and I get an error message ‘Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again’.
I know it is not an issue with the Wordpress as I have uploaded an different theme to the same area.
I’m using WordPress 4.9.4

Hi there, we have installed the them and its working perfectly now. How are the home page portfolio image sizes set though? I notice they are different sizes. Where do we control this from?

hello jellythemes … i recently had to rebuild my site www.squynt.net from scratch as it was hacked and destroyed. now the responsivity for mobile devices seems to be impaired and i recall from an earlier exchange (June15th18) that this may be due to theme modifications on the developer end. it seems to be somewhat ok when the mobile phone is held horizontally; however, the vertical version (which used to be very clear and much better) seems to be lost. can you assist? thanks! h

This is the worst setup I have ever seen. It slowed down my website extremely. Poor theme that is impossible to manage in wordpress. There is no guide what so ever. Like many of us out there with websites are not engineers that understand coding in Wordpress. Save your money people.

Hi,
I recently bought the Berk theme. I wanted to use it with sidebar menu, but I am very disappointed to notice now that it is NOT mobile-friendly at all. Is there a way you can fix this quickly?
Otherwise it is just perfect, all I need. But it was also claimed as Ultra responsive – and I can not use it if people can not display it on their mobile device!

I used the Front End editor and added the “Portfolio with filter” element to the page. Not seeing a way to select images or how to assign a portfolio to the element. Please help!
