The demo Slider Revolution is not able to go full-width on a full-width row (I have the most recent Slider Revolution plugin update). I am hoping you can help. I’ve submitted a couple of tickets but haven’t heard back. (The demo Slider Revolution does load full-width after clicking around on the page a few times – obviously this is not acceptable. It also loads full-width if I go to inspect the element – which is strange. I don’t see any errors in the Console). The desktop menu doesn’t fit properly on the page. I’m hoping you can fix this. The mobile menu is not able to scroll – and therefore not able to show all the items in the menu. Hoping you can fix this as well. Please let me know how to share my login credentials with you so you can help. I have removed and re-installed the theme several times, etc. to troubleshoot on my end. Nothing is working so it has to be a theme issue. When I switch from the child theme to the parent theme, the problem persists which also tells me it’s a theme problem. The theme is so difficult to customize and the support even screwed it up and they don't even respond!

I just updated the theme to it’s newest version and It appears that there is a a problem with the header where the logo and the menu won’t align. Could you please fix this?

I have a problem, at the top of the page below the menu, there is a very pronounced space between the menu and the slider that could not be corrected, as a recommendation, it would be good if the demo is fully imported, with images such which are arranged in your demo. also, in the “services> general dentyst” option the left menu of the violet service categories does not appear correctly. my item is purchased

I bought the Theme couple of weeks back. Had lot of questions and support was quick and helpful . I wish there a feature to set up the header width for desktop and mobile differently using the theme options and some other useful improvements..Other than that I am happy with the theme.

Hello, Header banner can be different on all pages and can be removed from all. It doesn’t allow to remove banner from specific page or to choose different banner for mobile. You can’t select different heading for desktop and mobile. Thank you

Difficult to customize, Poor documentation, Hard to work with the models Extra features used on theme are mandatory to run. They said no, but try to run with your slider. HELL

I have inherited maintenance of a website created with the Dental Care theme. Unfortunately, since I’m not the original website author, I do not have the Dental Care theme license, and have been informed the license cannot be transferred from the original purchaser to me.
