Hello, I’m about to renew my support, but your Theme doesn’t work. When will be the next upgrade? I installed new version of WordPress 5.6, testing with jQuiery Migrate Center, nothing working. jQuiery is deprecated in Theater.

Hi, I have another question, when I click header style, “Compact Style Center Navigation” The menu has white text, when I scroll down I the menu background is white so I can’t see the menu text color, I tried to change it in the theme settings but nothing changes the sticky background color

Customer assistance is TERRIBLE ! No phone number.. just a long series of time wasting correspondence getting nowhere.. Sorting out how to make your site appear like what you think your buying is nearly impossible.. buyer beware.

NO LOGO showed on mobile devices
The desk version of the website is ok but in the mobile version the logo is not showed, instead it appears the “Theater” logo, both in header and in footer. The logo uploaded is .png
Cannot find more information in documentation file, I don’t know what to do, please help me,

Hi, The Events Calendar is not working properly anymore. From August 3, 2021 you will have to switch to a new view, but this theme will not work. Tested with another theme and it works fine.
Can you watch this ASAP?

Hi,
A client bought this plugin and it works great. Until 2-3 days ago when all the element settings disapeard. When I click on an element to edit, I get only a white box. No content. I have tried to disable all other plugins without any success.
Please respond as soon as possible because the theme is not working at all right now.

Effective support ! I'm working on the theme with my customer and he is appreciating a lot the design, but also the many features that make the theme a real tool for controlling your business. Is a theme that is worth all its money. Premise I'm not a developer but from my point of view: some links in documentation that refer to actual examples of html, JS, css to implement the theme will be great! Ty staff, good job :D

Hello, I have expired support but found very disappointing bug. I’m using WPBakery 6.6.0 Post Grid Element on page and it’s no showing posts in Apple devices (Mobile phones and Safari on Mac too).
Also, every time I’m trying to edit button options in Post Grid it resets to default.
