When doing a ‘jump to page section’ hyperlink. The command successfully jumps to the section, but then ‘hides’ the sections above and creates a BIG padding space near the footer.
No other template that I’ve worked with, does this. How can this be fixed?

i want to buy this theme but its not have modal image Light box, video light box and gallery page. please do that features qıickly. İ will buy theme certainly.

I just purchased this theme and the install failed due to lack of style.css file. I then tried to unzip the package and there isn’t a theme_name.zip file inside the main download folders.
I then looked at the documentation and it stated you could manually upload the files via cpanel or ftp, I tried both and they didn’t work.
So I am pretty unhappy with the installation process of this theme (and pretty weak documentation).
Separately, please provide instructions how to install in the demo content as well as I don’t see anything in the download file pertaining to that.

The company I work for purchased the template Lemanhouse Real Estate from Themeforest.
Unfortunately the pack is missing the png file chosen-sprite.
I’ll really appreciate if you can send me the missing file or redirect me to a standard process for handling such problems.
