I was expecting to get the full Foundation stack with this so that I could code my customizations in SCSS and compile them with Gulp. Can you supply that? If not, can I get a refund? The theme is not useful to me as supplied.

Looks good but before I buy I notice that the dimmed background photos are not responsive (therefore not 100% responsive??) Can they be made responsive or is that the way they are supposed to be?
