hi I find customer support a little slow to respond to the concern it’s been almost a week I bought the template I can’t install it because I find the documentation of the installation incomplete I submit my problem left with a ticket but no return

Hi there, is there a way to show sub-categories when you after you clicked on a main category in the menu? I have more than 2100 categories right now and whenever I click a main categorie, it doesn’t show my sub-categories in the product page. And the mega menu is not working well with that many categories. Any help please?

Hello there, I am looking to purchase this template. however, I have some questions about functionality.
1. Can it support “Qty Box + add to cart” on the category page for quick ordering?
2. Can we set it so a customer WON’t be redirected to the cart once adding a product to cart from a category or product page?

I know from experience, there are certain template designers that are just interested in the sale and offer no aftersales help whatsoever. I found TemplateMela completely different. They were only too happy to help with any questions, queries we had. The template was well thought out and had obviously been coded exceptionally well. Highly recommend these guys. Keep up the good work.

Nice Theme. When you click an product photo there are no captions. If you could please fix this oversight I would be interested in purchasing. Perhaps you could have a lightbox popup when the large photos is clicked with the caption included.

Install instructions are incorrect and theme upload errors with code TR-300. Very disappointing, will probably be asking for money back as support slow to respond.

Can the theme show up more product rows in the home page?
Let’s say 2-3 rows X 4 columns in the “top product” section
How many product rows (Special, Top Products) can be add to the home page?
