I used the original Gloria blog theme without any issues. I changed to this one for the WooCommerce capabilities but have had nothing but errors since making the change (Instagram footer doesn't work, share counters don't work, sidebars need manually selecting on each post, error on Wordpress dashboard, Woocommerce theme files out of date). I have had multiple support email conversations and although they try to help, it takes days to get a response and I have still not had a single error fixed almost two months later. (I believe that they don't know how to fix them and instead blame my server - but the previous theme along with my other websites work fine on my server) I have now lost patience, and since I am not able to get a refund, I am not having to pay more money to a third part company to correct these issues. I am very disappointed, especially considering the blog-only Gloria theme worked so brilliantly for me.

Customer Support is not that good and outsourced to Philippines. Many bugs in their system and theme is not very secure.

I have debated about getting this theme for my online magazine for a couple of weeks and today I just took the plunge. Hello, I have to update your theme for a new client and I would like to take a new license but I can see there are two version of the Gloria theme. When I have a look at the files on FTP server, I can see a Woocommerce folder in the wp-content >gloria folder. Hello Ninjas, I have sent an email yesterday. I am having an issue with my editor. Classic Editor used to work fine and for some reason, Gutenberg boxes came on which I hate, so I installed Disable Gutenberg. But now the editor is nearly unusable. The Virtual box doesn’t work at all. I can only post content on the text side and can’t link anything in the articles. I still have the support as far as I know. Please help!
