Hi, I bought the theme yesterday and haven’t been able to install the demo content, after 40 minutes… I get this message: Failed to create table tmp _fwbk_wpua_commentmeta. COLLATION ‘utf8_general_ci’ is not valid for CHARACTER SET ‘utf8mb4’
What should I do now?

I am extremely fed up with the service, written lots of mail to the service team but they are not working and neither replying.
The theme is about to get expire now and these people are not providing support.
Could you please refund the amount, because there is no support and as per your policy, support team should provide support for next 6 months.

Hello,
I’m interested in buying your theme, but my goal is to make a site using a ready-made solution. I don’t have any tech or design knowledge. Does your theme require any design work or can it be set up in the admin panel by someone like me (not technically savvy)?
