I bought this template and I’m trying to get support using your support ticket system but , the Brentcreek template is not listed there or can be found under the drop down with hundreds of options.
How do you set up the contact form so it can forward the injuries to my email address, the instructions in your documentation page don’t work, are very brief and don’t provide clear instructions. The form and validation don’t work either in your demo at Themeforest.com Please advise what should I do.

Who ever want to buy this template be aware that I asked for support over 28 day ago, I have email theme author several times, I had private email them also several time and so far nothing.
