Hello. I just installed your theme on my website and already have it up and running Nuvibes.com However… When someone is on mobile , and they click on “Buy now” from the product page, it just adds the item to the cart, this is confusing to the buyer, I want it to take it straight to checkout , Also, on the product page, when I click thee other pictures for the producrt, the picture doesnt change

Hi – I have just downloaded the theme, it seems that it is not working well for me. First, I cant set the mega menu, I have a menu in shopify backeed with 4 categories and 18 subs. But they are not showing and it shows the home button and main categories only.

Thank you guys for this theme, but I’ve questions!!, 1- Firstly, when customizing the theme settings in the sidebar section, for the pricing filter didn’t work when introduce values in dollars. 2- secondly, for the google map in the contact page not initialized. 3- thirdly, when a customer click on Buy button product, that would redirect to the order page, but there’s nothing except the product being added to the cart list. Please, can I get an answer ??. Thank You

Hi, Can you please help me with some currency issues. I have adjusted the currency setting to Euros. Now there are 3 functions that do not work well on this adjustment. The product page still shows USD instead of Euro When you add a product to your cart, the mini cart also shows dollars. When you refresh the page, it changes to Euro as it should. The sale (discount) sticker shows -0% discount (probably because the euro works with commas instead of points) (see screenshots). Can you please tell me how to fix this. Thanks in advance. Hi, I had a couple of questions I email you 2 week ago, please check. also, I am having a problem with the mobile view, menu button isn’t working most of the time. and the top slider also not working. it shows all the slides together and menu button stopped working. all about mobile for desktop, it works well yet I am building store.

Been 4 weeks, still waiting for proper solution but owner thinks I am blackmailing him. Issue: I wanted to know about license , how to transfer and was waiting for 2 weeks. nobody replied, in mean time I was working on theme and had issue with mobile menu button. I place a comment here but no one respond. I give them 1 star rating and in few hours he respond on all my queries saying that there is not any problem, (because I already found some fixed by my own) I explain him there were problem and how I solve them, he must correct his theme so I can download a fresh copy, he again denied any issue in theme instead my store, I wasn’t able to give store access… and was expecting him to check the steps I explained where the problem is.. nothing much progress and when I sent him email that I will give him access to another store where I installed theme and so he can check but he refuse to provide any help saying I am blackmailing him. I don’t understand how? just because I said him your theme is good I want to buy one more if you fix all issues? and also give me discount on next one, was that blackmailing? .. its exactly 24th day and still I have problems not resolved. I may not able to set the theme properly but that doesn’t means you deny.. be reasonable man.

Requested refund 21 days ago. This theme was absolutely not what it was made out to be. Response time was terrible and menus were broken. Have yet to hear back in regards to refund. I uninstalled the theme about 3 days after trying to figure it out. 21 days, dudes. Can I get a response at least?
