I am disappointed purchasing this template. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well to specification with lot of bugs, and error creeps in every now and then making it extremely difficult to work with.
Despite lodging several complain and raising ticket, support team hardly respond to the ticket raised, as a matter of fact nothing is been done.
I can’t advise anyone to get this template because your support and response to ticket raise does not exist for your customer.

The template comes with bugs and support does nothing about that!
They let you wait for a week and then tell you to disable modules that come with the template to “solve” the bugs.
