Theme is great. Had 1 issue with Visual Composer not loading in the Footer Builder but the support team fixed it within 24 hours of sending them an admin logon!

I paid for extended support but I can't seem to get through to them. It does not seem friendly when you are trying to get a hold of customer support. We never needed them before when we paid for the first 6 months but now we need their assistance as there seems to be a problem with the tool kit that does not update. I also imported the data and the site did not pick it up like it normally does with my other themes. It still looks like the initially installed theme when you first install the wordpress plugin. I hope that I can have someone get a hold of me now because we'd like to use the extended support we paid for. Their support button keeps redirect us to a forum page instead of a place where I can actually message a support staff. Not convenient at all. The theme is nice but without the tool kit getting updated, there are areas that are not saving or displaying when edited.

The theme's backend is really easy to use. Very straightforward. Plus, the customer service is responsive and knowledgable.
