I updated the OneLove theme today. I downloaded and installed the latest version of the OneLove theme. But the WPBakery Page Builder hasn’t been updated. It’s still version 6.0.5. and not 6.6.0. When I try to update WPBakery manually, the following error message appears: License activation is required to receive automatic updates. I tried to use your ticket system but my support has expired. How do we solve this? Can you please send the latest version of WPBakery to [email protected]? Thank you for your help.

This wedding theme is one of the best themes for weddings out there. Its easy to customize and manage, even for someone who doesn't know any coding. Hello! I am interesting in purchasing this but having not built a site in a while so I wonder if you have a simple page builder installed so we can customise it?
Also I would love a front page with basic details (our story, main photo, hashtag and an area for livestream video) then a password protected specific page with all the rest of the details for our invited guests (RSVP, Time,Date,Location Google Maps, more photos, FAQs etc….) is that possible?

Hi, after updating to version 3.9 the tabs of the single product page (product long description e custom tab) do not work well: clicking on the title scrolls the page to the top of the page.

The theme is very great. Super nice, very easy to configure, very customizable, wonderful. I liked it so much, that I have 2 licenses. The support is super fast and very exceptional. The Support Team has been way beyond helpful !!!Due to external factors, I had some issues with the data import that would not allow me to use the template at its fullest and so I contacted them. The theme is great, the only feature I wish it had was being able to click on a photo and then being able to share it to social media outlets. Otherwise, the support team and the theme is actually really good. If you're a wedding photographer, just know that people cant share the picture like most other themes and websites.

I have not come very far yet, I unfortunately I experienced some difficulties with the template during the installation. I think that was mainly due to WP and not the template, which is why I still rate them 5 stars. They have been incredible fast to provide support and they managed to help me so far, hence I am sure that soon enough my website will be up and running.

The OneLove design quality and its combination of plugins are obviously top notch, especially when you compare this theme to comparable WP wedding themes. In fact, I challenge you to show me another theme out there that's better! If the design quality wasn't enough, it's been my experience that the author and their team go above and beyond to ensure that you have an amazing experience with the theme and they are extremely responsive to any and all email or ticket requests. So, if you want a high quality theme for your wedding with VIP-like customer support, then there's no question in my mind that you should buy this theme!

The theme is beautiful, lots of variety, allows for customization, and elegant. As far as out of the box templates go, this one is pretty amazing complete with documentation.I'm no stranger to wordpress, but every now and then there are a few hiccups that I can't figure out. I opened a ticket with the Catanis support team and they replied to me in a timely manner. I'm very happy. Can't recommend this them and their support enough.

Hi, we are interested in OneLove theme and we have some presale questions:
1) Wich page builder you are using in the last version of the theme: Visual Composer or WPBakery Page builder?
2) It is anyway possible to use WP native Gutenberg editor for new post?
3) It is possible to mix page builder and Gutenberg block in a post (e.g. use a Gutenberg block in a post realized with VS or WPBakery or, the other way around, use a VS or a WPBakery block in a post realized with Gutenberg)?
4) Is it possible to easy setup a child theme for custom css and page/post templates that will not be overwritten by updates?
5) Does the regular license include lifetime updates?
