I have chosen this theme as its looks good specially for multi- vendor approach. But then I am haggling for the mobile setting 1, working on it for past 2 weeks, I can let the upper left categories vertical out from the front end. Was read all the guidelines in the documentation, please help. thanks

Could say almost perfect.There will be small something need to be improved such as mobile theme need to add 1-2 px on both left and right of the page.On desktop theme, the arrow on smart search box can not be clicked...need to click on text "all category"

Had a friend purchase this and begged me to help him install since I have experience installing wordpress themes. It is impossible to install the demo content. Just keeps loading. He wanted the layout 1 and it tells you 5-10 mins for content to install, but it just keeps loading. Worst experience ever. We tried xampp, mamp and even a VPS, same issues. We even tried running wordpress import feature and import items through the import folder, template came out distorted. I just advised him to get another theme.

Tried to view the vendors dashboard on the #1 marketplace layout, but everything redirects to a 404 page.

After using the theme for some time, and trying to overcome all the issues we faced, we decided not to use it anymore. We bought the theme because it has a nice design with a special mobile view and some other features that we found good, which is a plus. However the issues start to show mostly each time we have to update the theme, I think it is due to the way we need to update the theme,due to the lack of auto-update feature. Each time we update the theme our live website get affected and we get same old bugs plus to new bugs that we have to deal with, also we lose all or most of the customization we did ( we only add custom codes to theme child) but still does not help. Colors always go back to the default and take a long time sometimes days until it changes to the custom colors we add. Support was good and fast at the start, then with the time it really slows down. Unfortunately, after facing this several times, we had to move to another theme, as our business is live and such bugs affected us badly.
