Dear Author. I have updated latest version 1.4.2 of the theme in my website, but it is not replacing with current theme and activate as a new theme. When it activated, all customization in Dashboard => Appearance need to make again with Logo and other options. Also the Child Theme is not connected with it. Please advise me.

I had a great experience using this theme. It’s perfect for tours but I used it for a travel booking theme. The drag and drop live editor was a snap to use and they (designers) added many custom widgets that made building the site easier. The import was quick and easy and works as a great starting point. Top notch guys! The first thing that I noticed about this theme was the care and attention to detail that went into the builder and installer. It’s dead simple setup and use. The imported layouts were exactly like the live demo, it included all the pages. I also used the template library feature well, it save me a lot of time. The bundled booking system has lots of cool features and worked very well for our site.The best thing was the amazing support. Easy to use and great support from the developer. Wasn’t a big fan of the booking system as it’s fairly limited in scope. Easily replaced with BookingWP though.

This is one of the best themes I've purchased. It's was so easy to use. The installer was done right and got me setup quickly with the live demo layouts. The builder is fantastic, so easy to drag and drop and see the edits in real time. The layout was perfect for my tourism project. I also liked the support which responds within 24 hours. Amazing guys!This theme includes so much and does exactly what the authors says is possible - plus much more. It's could easily be a multi purpose theme. One of the best themes I've bought so far. It has a beautiful design, it is very simple to use and customize. The installation of the theme is automatic, even the child theme, installs automatically in the installation procedure. I am very happy to have chosen this theme for the realization of my client's website. This is the first time I worked with Elementor and I really appreciated its simplicity of use. The technical service responds quickly and they are very kind.

Everything has been above and beyond what is expected. I have used this template for awhile now and after issuing my first official support ticket, I feel it is best to rate this template now. My first contact was via the test site through chat. That was my first awesome encounter. Then they backed up their product after explaining my disappointment with several themes. Furthermore, I had my first issue and I was responding to in less than 10 hours and immediate follow-up was prompt. The issue was simply after some widget updates but nonetheless, they continued to try to figure out the issue even after providing me a preliminary response of what they thought the issue was. Let me tell you, as someone who has been using this site for awhile and has provided live support for web products before online, this experience has been the best so far. I wish I would have found them earlier. That said, I really enjoy this template and the support.
