Support from Ly Nguyen was awesome! She really did go above and beyond to solve all issues we came across and she's the only reason for the rating. That being said, regarding the theme itself...I would not buy it again. Documentation is lacking and hasn't been updated for quite a few iterations of the theme and the demo data installs with a lot of junk files. I would not use the the demo installer at all. Theme wise there are better options out there.Can't stress enough how helpful Ly Nguyen from support was though. When the theme reaches the same level of quality as the support service, they will really have something special.

this theme has amazing features to build a property agents website. the design is hi-resolution and high class. it is vastly customizable through css3. havent experienced any bugs in the theme. the code quality is most likely almost perfect. the best advantage of buying this theme is customer support. these people are unbelievably helpful.

I have built hundreds of websites from themes, and this is seriously the hardest theme I have ever tried to customise, even when following the instructions. I would not recommend this theme unless you are a seriously advanced web designer.

Probably you can face a very difficult template to be configured. Some parts of the template are distributed in various places around the wordpress dashboard (visual composer, loco translate, presets, theme options, etc..), but they have a very efficient team answering questions, you will achieve your desired template design accurately asking what you cannot find. Finally, It is very intuitive and easy to configure.

I was doing many things wrong with the installation process. But the team from this software gave me increadible good and fast support by the usefull chat function. Before i worked with another theme, a not supported one. Never again. Purchase this product and you can be sure, that you will get professional help from them. This theme is the best I have come across for all the features you could want. Once you get your head around they way they have set it up with custom page types it is very easy.

I've been able to customize a huge amount of this template, any areas I haven't been able to customize directly, the support team have shown me how to do it with custom css. Very good support team.

UPDATE (8/1/2019) I revised my original review (below) since another customer support staff was able to help me resolve both issues that were originally deemed as "unfixable" by the first staff who asnwered my inquiries. I'm glad that they were finally able to help solve my issues successfully so I have revised my review. I'd still like to request that they work at improving either customer support training or recruiting since it is very frustrating and offputting dealing with "support" that 1) doesn't know what they are doing, 2) dismisses your problems as if they are not important, and 3) finally says there is no solution when there obviously is one! Hopefully, I'll be able to give 5 stars one day after their customer support is kicked up a notch!Original Review I filed a couple of bug reports and I don't know if there is a language issue or the customer support (Ha Tran) doesn't care but all the answers have not been very helpful since they don't even answer the issue and they looked very rushed or lazy to try to find out what the issue is. I hope that they improve their support to have "real" experts who can understand and help you solve issues rather than pretending to have support but actually have a person who just answers inquiries half a**ed and pretends that everything is alright when they have done absolutely nothing to help solve your issue.
