very poor response time to support ticket, this theme doesn’t come with child themes which is pretty much standard so have to create your own

In comparison to TVDAs other themes, this one is just dreadful, no child theme so you have to make your own, demo import is clunky and definitely not user-friendly. I wouldn't bother this theme is style over substance plus support takes around 5 days to answer a question
