I had really bad experience with the customer support (author)Let me explain:
From the comments I read before installing this theme I was expecting that installing demo content might not work for me. When I tried to install it, error occurred, so I contacted author to fix it for me.
Author sent me the whole wordpress package with the theme and demo content, so I could install everything using Duplicator plugin (actually I think that this step should already be done by the support, not me). Anyway I did install it, but unfortunately some pages like Homepage and shop page did not work. I contacted the author again if he can re-install it and check what was the problem. Didn't happen. Author kept answering that he can't do it and I must re-install it again.
Author had FTP and database credentials the whole time, so he could do it for me anytime, but apparently didn't want to.
Instead, I ended up with 30+ emails conversation which took more than a week and such a simple thing like installing demo content could not be done.Very frustrating experience.
