I have been using the Pearl Theme from Stylemix for about a little more than 6 months now. Not being a developer nor an expert about websites, I had a few support questions and help needs. The support team has been extremely helpful and very very quick in their answers. To anyone who has doubts, I highly recommend using their theme!

The design of this theme is really beautiful, but there are flaws in dashboard programming that make it harder to customize the theme. I can not make changes to the theme header, namely the color, without having to be inspecting elements in Firefox and changing the source code directly. I have checked all the items related to this problem, as listed on the seller's forum, on more than one server and on localhost, and the problem persists. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to use a theme I've already bought and the quality of the code is better (use GTMetrix before buying to understand), adapting the look. I just do not ask for a refund because I intend to use the theme in another project that was not the original project. I do not recommend for users who do not know how to make changes to the theme without HTML knowledge.

Decent Visual Composer theme. But ruined rating due to demo importer.Imports do not include any of the images from the actual demos, just 3 blurry photos, used for everything from sliders to staff images. Title headers don't even include background images, just solid colors. Content definitely has different copy, the elements pages are not included either. This has all made my job of preparing demo theme choices for a client 50 times harder. Regarding the images, I understand copyright, etc, but every other commercial theme of this caliber includes disclaimers that the images cannot be used professionally. Do the same.

Hi, Thanks for the theme. I purchased it and noticed that all the premium plugins are not active. I’ve read through the comments and notice that you keep mentioning: “All the plugins which are not free come under our Extended License, so you don’t need to pay for their license to use them.” However, your website says that all these premium plugins come with the theme for $59. That’s the main reason I purchased the theme. The extended license costs $1600. If its true that we cannot access the premium plugins on the standard license, then you are completely misleading your customers which is utterly disappointing. Cheers, W

Unfortunately I had a problem while I was updating. Keep an eye on stm services, if it doesn't work it won't charge services!for the rest is a very good theme!I hope you'll improve that plugin.Thank you!

The customer service is very effective and fast. They solve a problem I found with a widget of the theme. They kept me informed of the whole process.

Several of my clients happen to really like this theme, it tends to win against other options. Use the demos!

Hello, My support is expired but never had issues with the theme. Now I am facing an issue with sticky logo, which is not included in the sticky header even though i have the logo image in the sticky logo. Please advice

Apart from limited flexibility on theme options. all other features are great, Add main menu highlight for active and on hover.

Overall a good theme that's solidly built however can become rather tedious to customize and still has a few minor bugs. Better used for projects where time isn't an issue.

The support is really good, even though in some cases the topic is not adapted to everything the customer needs, the support will always be there to help users (with and without experience), facilitating customization with codes and taking the user step by step to solve everything, excellent, keep it up!, creating new topics, adding features and listening to your customers.

It's a very versatile theme very useful for businesses that manage lots of content. Things that maybe could be better: the Woocommerce integration and maybe more landing page style sub-themes. Anyway super usable and fun.

This theme is absolutely awesome starting from beautiful premade design concepts to it's rich flexibility. Easy to use header builder, great code quality - everything in its place. Don't think - just buy it and enjoy working, you wouldn't be disappointed! True pearl!

And to clarify, when I make changes to the header and footer in the theme panel the changes appear on my mobile but not on the desktop.

The theme has tons of options and is very versatile to do whatever you want as far as e-commerce goes. The support that Themes Plaza offers is amazing. They always have quick replies and have always fixed and customized everything we have needed without any inconvenience.

I really like this template, simple options for a quick site, but the footer thing that I can't manipulate the info that goes in each column is pitty. U guys should add separate colum manipulation for footer :D.

Visually one of the most beautiful business themes on Envato. It's a pity that it's not worked out. The author takes part in the CMS race and releases new themes, forgetting to refine the existing ones. Some bugs have not been fixed for a year, others for a year have not been noticed. Irritate imperfections, which theme called PEARL should not have. It's not uncommon to see that nobody is testing it. A good set of premium plugins with small exceptions because some of them have not been updated for a year and have very bad ratings and the author should not offer them. Good help but slow and sometimes pretending to do something as soon as it turns off or on some features.Theme could be a real pearl. We can recommend it because help will not disappoint you in the end, even if you wait 14 days for the solution. Rating? Powerful 4, maybe 4.5.

This is my 3rd theme purchased from Stylemix and it is no different than the previous 2. Pearl is a fantastic, versatile and easy to use theme. The styling and design is top-notch. The support team worked hard and long with me to fix and issue with the theme that simple updating the theme or disabling plugins would fix. The support team has helped me multiple times and will troubleshoot everything to pin point the issue!

I love this Pearl theme. I was able to build my site and customize pretty much everything to fit me and my brand. Too, the support team is AWESOME!

Overall a great theme. Only reason not 5* is that it is not as fast as it could be out of the box, as a lot of optimisation is required and due to the very large number of features, there is a bit of bloat, but nothng that cannot be fixed. Overall very happy.

The La Perla template has in itself an impressive quality and design! Even so I had some problems with the CSS of it; The customer support team resolved the same in 24 Hrs. Excellent guys :)

Excellent! Started working with this theme for the first time and I'm impressed and very pleased. The admin loads faster than any other theme I've used so it's already sped up my dev time. The options are easy to configure and I LOVE that it imported minimal files for the demo. Most themes will force you to add 50+ pages. I also like that you can pull in page styles from other demos, but even with pre-built pages, I can easily add my own CSS/graphics for a less WordPress-y looking site. Just bought another license for another project...

This theme appears good in the first instance. However, there were many bugs and incompatibilities with plugins. We built a website for a charity and were unable to get the donations and shop working in order to conduct fundraising. The support from the developers was unhelpful at best. They just kept saying it was our fault and not providing any useful advice. When we gave them access to the servers to investigate the problems further, they made changes to the live website (despite being asked to only use the test environment) which broke the website and caused more problems. We have had to purchase a new theme in order to resolve the problems. I would not recommend this theme in any way.

I moved my website from 1 host to another. For some reason my header and footer font and background changed. When I go to fix these issues the changes don’t change. The menu font stays on the theme default and not the theme default I set up the actual original. Anyone know how I can fix my header and footer?
