Main problem: No consistency. If you want to use this as a base like luma for development stop right here.
If you want to just click and play it and make some non professional adjustments this give you some decent features and a neat design.Code quality is rather bad. A lot of hardcoded variables in the less files.
No usage of magento 2 standard theme inheritance. Instead a selfwritten less compiler which is called in a template.
Modules are decent, but we need to put some work in it to leave them in production without a bad feeling. Again hardcoded wording without translation management.

Is there a way to disable cache for the banners used in the homepage? When a product price in changes it does not update on the home page banners until the cache is cleared.

Is this theme compatible with magento 2.3.5? If so, i’m not sure why my theme is not rendering. It stays blank. As i begin to minimize the browser window I can see the footer some of the nav-bar and the subscribe button but nothing else. is the a css issue or something else?
