I have tried contacting you via support but have had no success. I purchased this theme because it was advertised as a “Drupal 9 Theme”. However, this theme as well as modules it is using are to date not Drupal 9 compatible, note that the theme itself is not Drupal 9 compatible, never mind the modules it is also using. I got in touch with Envato, requested a refund in an attempt to save myself time and headaches, but seems Envato wipe their hands clean of any responsibility after the purchase is made. (good luck to Envato with that, we’ll see how this will pan out if the Author remains unresponsive) and Envato inform that I should get in touch with the Author.
