I’ve been trying to get in touch via Facebook messenger for pre-sales questions, no one got back to me. I ended up buying the theme, but I still have my questions, already raised 2 tickets, no one responded to me. This was all don over the last 2 weeks … surely that must be time enough to reply?
Does JWSThemes still exist?

Hi, I updated the theme and plugins to the latest version and some elements disappeared, what is the latest compatible version of Elementor? Are you going to keep updating this theme?

Hi, wordpress shows me the following messages:
1- Extras for Elementor: Invalid License
Your license key doesn’t match the current domain.. Please check the license key you received after purchase and re-activate it on this domain..
2- Your theme (Fatcy Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. You may need to update these files to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.
