Hello. I emailed twice using the Themeforest interface but have not recieved a response. I purchased the theme. I am unable to INSTALL the Vertikal AddOn Plugin. It fails. Please respond and resolve.

I am wondering if you guys are going to update the theme to support wp 5.6 and beyond, I don’t mind to by another licence

Dear all, My recently purchased Vertikal cannot be installed and during installation I receive d the following comments while installing the plugins: vertikal premium theme addons, visual composer and revolution slider: “download failed, provided url is not valid” I have requested the author on this but as yet I have not received any comments. After purchasing the theme, and then during the installation process, the plugins: Vertikal Premium Theme Add-ons and Revolution Slider cannot be downloaded and installed. The theme cannot be installed normally and the website cannot be used normally. It is very urgent. Please tell me the solution.

Hi, As you adviced here to others purchasers, i have deleted Vertikal Premium Theme Addons plugin because some design content didn’t show. Could it be that when using PHP 8.0 there are problems with “Vertical | Responsive WordPress Theme”?

Hello, unfortunately the Photo Gallery Team plugin does not work anymore with the “Vertical | Responsive WordPress Theme” I installed the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin and set the jQuery version to the old version. I know how to hide icons on portfolio page, by your following solution, but I want to hide both icons and make the whole portfolio picture clickable, how can I do that? Hi are you going to release an update with the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder? I’ve updated the theme to the latest version but this only came with WPBakery 6.2.0

Update 8 caused bugs, theme options doesnt work properly anymore cant even change colors within it since last update. Cant inform the developer of these bugs unless you pay 50.00 to do so. Maybe better buying a different theme I do like this one, but paying for support on updates shouldnt be required. The demo theme is broken as well and for some reason when you download from themeforest you get an old version. Ill change my rating once this is addressed, this is a truly nice theme, just needs some attention.

Got great help from the support team with choosing the right theme and moving our current site to new look and feel. Great look and feel, simple, fuss free admin and easy to get to grips with. Really good!
