hi, i purchased the theme with 1 year support, i sent multiple questions in “https://premiumlayers.com/contact-us/” with no reply, how can i get my support? i tried this link “https://themique.ticksy.com/” , but it was down, i need to change in the css of welcome and about us, and when i change the Widget Area to blog left sidebar in the page options, it still gives me the default blog widget, your fast reply will be highly appreciated

My website is getting hacked and the wp-bakery plugin, which may be causing the compromise, cannot be updated. I have been waiting for the theme to provide the update, which was available at least 2 weeks ago. Please advise when this theme will be updated with the latest version of the plugin.
I tried creating a ticket but there is no response for over 12 hours now not even an acknowledgement email.

Hi, I need to sort events, so I can view future events from the closest to the farthest (eg. 15 may 2018, 27 june 2018, etc). I tried to open a ticket, but the website is offline. Thanks

i asked before to enable the RTL in only Arabic section in a multi language website (Arabic/English) for Max Museum WP theme
you answered me ”- About the plugin Polylang, please read the documentation of the plugin to use. With RTL mode you just switch to the rtl language in the dashboard and enable rtl for that language in the theme option http://prntscr.com/iv4o3n."
when I enable the RTL style in theme option it makes the English and Arabic pages RTL

Hi, presale questions: last update is from a year ago. Are you still going to develop this theme? Is Visual Composer included? My customer likes this theme very much, but we have to be sure it won’t be abandoned soon. Thank you
