Look this theme is amazing in presentation. I couldn't find an alternative style for my project anywhere on TF.
There were a few minor issues that the author rectified via their support process.
I think with the update release the theme will be fantastic and worthy of a 5. For me, there were a number of customisation that are readily available in most other sites that I have purchased that weren't easily customisable. That plus a few code issues mean I can't give it a 5. On presentation alone it is easy a 5, once everything is cleaned up it will be a 5 in total.
