My package of Bokeh have been working for a long time but recently some of the showed items will not show unless you are in edit mode of the Visual composer. It does not show it on webpage online.
I bought the package through a 3rd party so i cannot show an invoice for the purchase.
Please let me know how i can get the recent update from Jan 2021 with updated plugins.

Hello, I find the theme very interesting for my project, before I buy it I have some questions:
1. i already have wordpress 5.8 on it does it work?
2. can the individual tiles be assigned individually and can I assign a link to them, such as this one where it opens in a new window?
3. is the background changeable also with a picture?
4. can I create a kind of footer on the main page where I can put the imprint and data protection, which is a requirement in Germany, on the start page?
5. is it possible to display and use more than 12 tiles?

Hi, I am running the theme on WP 4.93 and lately I am facing some security issues on my website. So I want to update all installations. If I get the newest version of the bokeh theme, can I count on you keeping it updated further for WP 5.7 and beyond?

I bought Bokeh (very nice product) a year ago and made a mockup with it (worked just fine). Now i decided to use it and a couple of problems occured: I cant install plugin “Bokeh premium add-ons” (when i do site crashes)” and i cant use visual composer.

Hello!
A customer of mine decided to pick this WP theme for their new website (03/2018). It was bought through their account and I was sent all the materials to start it off. I have a question regarding the custom page builder; was this an add on that needed to be purchased separately or should it be included in the theme? Talking about WPBakery Page Builder, does this need to be bought separately?
Since right now I am unable to get to most functions of the theme.

Hi! Thank you for the excellent theme!
When I updated my theme last week I was asked to update also the Bokeh Add-ons. This didn’t work properly because the automatic link which should lead to the download was set to an address wich startet with http://. When I added the “s” to make it https:// it worked perfectly. Might also help other users.
Question: Is there a way to change the size of the grids/or the underlying background? It looks awkward on my site: www.winwinwin.consulting.

My package of Bokeh has seemed to stop working, and not sure if there’s an update. When going to page, images in portfolio do not appear. Is there an update to theme or plugins? Thank you!
