I try to add shop with sidebar, added the widget for the sidebar, added info to the widget but the page its still empty. This should be explained in the documentation but its not. Is there by any chance to document here how you enable this “feature”? My support has expired. “Support for “Satiné – Fashion and Clothing Shop Theme” item has expired.”

I’ve already submitted a ticket and my answered wasn’t answered. The logo on theme appears to be the incorrect size. I simply need to know the preferred dimensions that I should size my logo or at minimum the suggested size so that it fits correctly.

I have reinstalled the theme a couple of times, because parallax images do not show (especially in Shoe-Store demo content and own content), I’m now on third fresh install! All images are showing in editor but nothing in front end. Any Ideas why?

thank you for your feedback for my rating one star. now, I feel so bad for your comment because you seem like you think the problems of my homepage are from my 3rd party plugins. But I don't agree. becuase I did everything as you told me. I disabled all of pluings and checked the my homepage problems but the problems are not solved. and I removed woocommerce new version and installed woocommerce old version as you explain. but It was not solved as well. I sent you my user name and password and I asked you to check my homepage problems. but you continuesly tell me this homepage problems are from 3rd party plugins.Actually, I think the strength of wordpress is variable plugins and If I knew I couldn't use other plugins, I didn't purchase this theme.finally what I want to tell you is I did as your explains but problems are not solved. and Now you are still saying the problems are becuase of third party pluings...

Support is a little slow but they do come through in the end of the day. Never the less, the theme is very beautiful

Hi! I’m using your theme and have checked an error that also appears in your theme demo. If you agree to view a product from the mobile version, for example: https://satine.qodeinteractive.com/product/velvet-dress And press the zoom button, it is not responsive, you cannot enlarge it with your fingers and if you press the zoom button again with lightbox, the photo is enlarged and does not fit the mobile size. Hi. Any help how to alter colour of the footer would be appreciated. Change colour in the elated setting >footer>Background colour. Purged cache; footer stays black. As usual it will be a simple setting But cannot find.

I found out that my site changed. The widgets area started acting up. I started getting these errors below. I have updated to the newest version and yet the error still keep appearing. I have contacted my hosting and they said it’s the them. Do you have any idea? My support has expired and I will really love if someone can point me to the right direct, I don’t want o uninstall this theme as i really love it.
