Hello, i have purchased this them, we have installed in one server and laptop, i want to remove this from current laptop and server and want to use in another laptop, every time i am trying to use in another laptop, its showing your key is already installed in another server, please help, how i can reset this..because i have already deleted all the files from the server, still its showing the same.. please help

Last WP Bakery update seems to have messed up the theme…
Can you fix it? No more custom XEN blocks available and many XEN blocks turned into simple text (OMG!!!)…

Hi, On the home page slider it now shows the usual red arrow for the left side, but there is now and additional smaller white arrow next to it. How can I delete?

Hello, I have been having issues getting a developer to install this theme exactly like the Master theme. I have spent way too much money now and still it is far from the actual theme. Can you provide any support with this or refer me to the right direction? It makes me sick to see this could have been installed on WP for only $50 or is that a ploy to drag you in? Would love some help on this. Thank you!!

Do we need to pay for any third party licenses to fully use your template? After I few months WP Bakery and Revolution Slider are not getting updated and they suggest to buy their licenses.

I like the overall layout and aesthetic. However, there’s a lot of animation to every single element, which can tend to be heavy-handed. Is there a way to eliminate the various motion elements, like the header reveals?

On the “Services” page I would like to have a “row” with an image on the left, another “row” with an image on the right, and so on. But it can’t, because the images are with “cover” and “full height” in the “row”.
How can I get around this? I really wanted to put image yes, image not on the left, to better organize the content.
I’ve also tried to get the image smaller, but then the text doesn’t line up vertically.
Please help and let me know if there is a way for me to do this.

Hello, I have a very quick question about the top left logo placement. How would I move it over to the right so that it’s just beside the hamburger menu there? I don’t see anywhere within Theme Options to do this, and I’m hoping to avoid ripping apart the source code for obvious reasons.

Hi I just updated the Xen theme and now I am getting the random shortcodes and text in place of the proper formatted text and logo is gone etc. The Xen plugin is 1.7 and it’s not saying there is an update for it. Is that the newest version and if not, how do I get the newest version? I’m assuming I have all the needed plugins installed, but I don’t have a list of required. Thanks for any help!
