SCAMMERS!! I bought this template on 08-02-2022, and at first everything went fine! I called them via Skype, and explained all the issues. Like that the template has no buttons, no banner text, no collection of photos and all other minor issues. Then I got an email that I had to pay 260 euros! Why? For what? I don’t ask for anything extra, I just asked if they could fix the template as I bought it. Like the demo they show. The template is not as they sell it, there are too many errors in it. And if you report those mistakes, they want you to pay for them. Meanwhile they have already added the banners and text, but all the other little things are still there. In the beginning they responded within an hour, when I indicated that I did not want to pay, it became a day and then two days.. And now I’m working on them for a week whether they want to do the photos on the product page in original format . I’ve been getting the same email back for 4 days now: Don’t worry it looks good like that. I’ve been working on solving a few issues for 2 months now. In the meantime, I pay my monthly fees to Shopify and all the other apps. Without being able to run ads. Because they don’t take me seriously. And don’t want to help because I don’t pay!! Save yourself the headache and don’t buy from these people they are scammers from India.

I am unable to submit a ticket—as it keeps saying ‘Captcha Verification failed’. I am having the exact same issue that lurkwolfer had 5 months ago. (Image not changing despite variant selected on product page).
