First I have to say "Hats Off"...I have been put through the ringer of job boards and have to say, I think we've finally scored. I am new to this theme, but it's easy to set-up and so far it does all and everything I need. Customer service has been spot-on with assistance and quick to reply. I look forward to working with them with future customization's.

Hard to customize, quite chaotic backend menues and a bit chunky. But compared to others its quite nice. (Support helped me quite fast when an update broke my site)

Purchased theme is not getting verified with the license key On 16th February 2022 I purchased a theme ‘InJob | Multi features for recruitment WordPress Theme By sfwebservice’ from theme forest and downloaded it. While verifying that theme with my provided license key I’m getting unknown error. The theme is not getting verified with my license key and it seems that I have been allotted a license key of someone else who is already running that theme. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This is the great jobboard theme ever with a great support , every time i encounter an issue i find the support working hard to resolved it, even though they don't answer on time but i think this is due the issue which they are working on, i'll really recommend this theme especially it is bugs free with a great support

The theme is amazing as concept, but is one of the most hard themes to customize, there are features that if you want to change or even add text you'll need to write a code. which if you don't know how then you're -----. The support takes almost 24 hours to respond, even when your theme is litterally not functioning, for example no one can open my posted jobs it says 404 error, and i've created a ticket for support and it's already 16 hours and no response. soo hard for a theme, but again is amazing. i am just hoping that they'd update the version to a better one so i can update it.

I want to say that the InWave team is very good at customer support. But the thing that stands the author apart from other theme developers is he takes into consideration comments and requests from his customers and potential customers and if it benefits the whole theme and their customers they are very quick to implement them, usually a week or two.Customer support - Vodka, is amazing. Having used a number of themes job career and others. It is such a difference. They really do support you, not only do they give you actual help on how to do things i.e. theme design but even go one step ahead and even complete small modifications for you. This is really the best theme for jobs. It has good functionality, great design , clean code and a fast support team.

Support is fast. But sometime they seem to misunderstood the issue, which leads to an unnecessary suggestion. Need to explain again and again until they get the point. Sometime, what we are asking can't be done to the theme. But it takes some time for them to understand and let us know later on that our requirement can't be done.

This is the best job-board theme that our company has come across! We have tried quite a few, but this one has met all of our needs and more. The support team is very helpful and extremely responsive too.

I have just purchased this theme so have selected Other as so far customer service, design and features are great. I haven't really begun using this yet so will add to my comment once i have had a good look around.

Constant bugs. I also suspect that a member of the support team keeps putting IP scramblers into my core. Something wrong with it every time I log in & support team isn't helping out even though they are aware that my site is not functioning. Running a multi-million dollar business and having this theme is a threat to your reputation, credibility, and revenue.

Please do not purchase this template. The author does not communicate and there is a big problem with activation. An error pops up when activating, even if you have an activation code. It’s a waste of money!

NO customer support. Try to go to Envato with Purchase code and it says its invalid. I have my receipt for purchase and supposed to have 10 months of support left.

Hello,I searched for many job plugins (with and without themes) and I decided InJob. I am very happy with my decision. First was cheaper than the normal versions because has lote of features. Second, i didn't know that before, but the support is excellent (fast and with quality). Third, the plugin is well developed (lot of features, ...)Thank you guys!

Complete waste of money. It allows unlimited free job postings and social login integration does not work. After messaging with the developer they said too bad and they don't have a fix, and no refund becs it had been a couple of weeks since purchased. Find a different template! I am an experienced WordPress developer and have not seen such lack of support.

This theme is awesome! I had been using WP Job Manager plugin but I had to pay extra for many general addons as Applications, Resume, Paid Listings...I was in a mess until I found the inJob theme which is fully functional, no extra plugins required, easy to use and there are a lot of opportunities to create a great looking job board website. The theme is highly recommended as well. 5 stars!

Very organized code and feature rich. I almost hate the fact that I'm going to heavily customize it and remove much of the code. Oh well.

This theme IS NOT compatible with WPML. I contact with Wpml support, and the confirm me the same. And I try by myself with the wpml plugin and the web goes down. I contact you by ittem support but I have no notice from you.

Three months ago in the comments were the first questions about GDPR. Also three months ago the author replied that the update with GDPR functionality will be next week... Two weeks have passed since 25 0f May (GDPR). Does this mean professionalism?

When I have an issue and contact with the support, I get one response "I can not log in to your site use your access info. Please help me correct it." And I can log in the same details. I LOGIN WITH THE SAME DETAILS AND THEM TELL ME THE LOGIN DETAILS INCORRECT.
