Welcome,
When I only install a simple wordpress installation, I have no pages, articles and other functionalities seen in the preview version. When I try to install all the files I get the following information: Package could not be installed. Style.css is missing from the theme. Please help.

I would like to ask you for help. I bought and installed the Ramsay theme, but it didn’t install the preview pages and articles for me. It’s easier for me to start with templates instead of building everything from scratch. I liked the look of the whole thing, I just wanted to replace the words and graphics. When I bought a different theme, I had all texts and pages created for the presentation transferred.

Hey paul,
I purchased Ramsay – Personal CV/Resume WordPress Theme because i think the product looks amazing. I am a software engineer and was hoping to buy a template to edit and add more js for embedded displays. I was also hoping to do some edits to html and css. I saw the template was for wordpress but farther down the themeforest files are said to contain html files. because of this i thought I would have access to the raw html. it seems though the files are only for wordpress. If this is wrong please let me know otherwise i would like to request a refund on the product although it looks and traverse well it simply wasnt what i was looking for.

I see no benefit of this theme once purchased to that of a free theme with elementor builder.

On my website, I use the Ramsay cv theme version 1.0. When I click on any link of the one-page menu it redirects me to a black screen. I debug the site and it seems that the issue is with the plugin ramsay_helper_plugin (Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/bffsehkr/marilynchirino.com/wp-content/plugins/ramsay_helper_plugin/includes/vendors/custom-fonts/custom-fonts.php:93) in /home/bffsehkr/marilynchirino.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6712). The site of the documentation redirects to a 404 page.
I install previous versions of WordPress (5.5 and 5.6) and the issue continues.
I will appreciate any advice.
