Inner Page Banner settings doesn’t work. Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header Settings > Inner Banner Settings. No matter what I do, no banner shows up on any of the inner pages.

Since downloading the pro theme WPbakery builder pages I’ve made previously will not show … ive made it the home page and it comes up blank. Please can you help with this as the content is there but just wont show on the front end when it’s on the back end. Thanks

Very bad, Demo data can't be imported both on the old and new versions. As well as plugins can't be installed and activated on version 1.0.2

We are currently using the regular version of Unicon but the design we have isn’t compatible across mobile devices and desktop Mac and Windows OS. If we upgrade to the Pro, will we still run into this problem? Or will extra coding be required to ensure it is compatible across browsers & devices?

I already have a lot of blogs written as Posts. I want these blogs to show up in the Blogs section on the Home page. I don’t want to have to manually move everything from Posts to Blogs, as that will take a lot of work. Is there a way for the Blogs section to just read from a Post Category?

We cannot install demo data. When we tried to install demo data it showed the server down error. We tried changing the PHP configuration

I need to customize the Archives page, but the items I need to alter are not on the archives.php
1. Remove the word “Category” from the page title.
2. Remove the right sidebar. It is always active, even though there are no widgets assigned to that position.

This is a great theme. Very flexible out of the box and negates the need for many other plugins. However, there are some limitations in the widgets. For example, the Services widget is has six fixed services with no way to increase or decrease as necessary. The Our Features section though does allow adding feature blocks one at a time. So there is a lot of flexibility but you need ton understand the restrictions of the theme by working through the documentation, which I found useful. I removed one star because there does not seem to be a way to control how much text appears on the blocks contained within the About/Services/Features and probably all widgets.

If you have tried to make your homepage using the homepage template then the WPbakery builder does not work because the homepage has already predefined template sections and you need to configure it according to its settings.
Please check this documentation of the theme https://doc.accesspressthemes.com/unicon-pro/ it will help you to configure the homepage like our demo site.

Hi, I believe I have sorted the https:// issue by replacing the hardcoded http:// links with images within my media gallery.
The only other issue I’m having is the shortcodes do not seem to be working in the example pages on my classic demo. its displaying like this:

I’m trying to import the Demo, but it never gets passed “Importing XML Data”. I’ve attempted different demos, but always the same result.
