Excellent customer support. The author contacted me to say that they have added a working contact form. I haven't used this yet, but I am very happy with the 'Resume, CV, Portfolio, vCard' as it is.

I have reached out to the developer multiple times for weeks. I haven’t heard anything. Google support and my host support can’t figure out what’s wrong with this code.

Good looking theme and the code seems to be decently organized (I am a database dev, not a web dev) but the documentation is mediocre at best. The package comes with 2 different layouts but the documentation only refers to one of them. There are also several sections that are missing documentation. I was able to fumble my way through and figure most of it out but I wouldn't recommend this for those that arent very familiar with web dev.
