I’m trying to access the templaza forum and even with the license activated I’m getting the message: “You are not authorized to view this topic!”. My first impression with the theme is that I will have difficulty getting information for basic settings.

Hi, I purchased the template and activated it through the the Joomla backend but still cannot download demo content. Error message: Liccence invalid or expired.

I dont see a reason to buy this. The free version doesn’t work as in not saving and I bring up their bug. Apparently I have to pay to submit a bug to better their product. If the free version doesn’t save whats to say the paid version will.

After installing the theme this error message is appearing when trying to create an article: “Save failed with the following error: BLOB, TEXT, GEOMETRY or JSON column ‘data’ can’t have a default value”

Can I update by simply uploading & installing the latest package? Or does that reset all my settings? I need a newer version of SP Page Builder and I’m still at 3.7.

Hello. My subscribed plan should be the all in one plan which is not regular license. I first went to Templaza.com and chose all in one with price $59 to have access to 23+ templates in the templaza website. I clicked that and it went to envato/themeforest payment processing and when i finished my payment, the license that shows up on themeforest is regular license only and the template shows up as multi purpose classic jolly any. I would like my plan subscription to reflect all in one just like i planned for. please reflect it in my plan so i can download another template for preset components. Thank you.
