I have problems with demo imports, not all the widgets were imported, i am currently using home 3. as my home page. I need the shortcode of Hotel Booking Rooms and the yellow footer which display address doesnt work in my site. please help

I have opened a ticket 4 days ago and have had no response. Your demo content does not load, and the Child Theme mentioned in your documentation does not come with the Zip file we downloaded from Themeforest.
Please either respond and fix our issues or provide a refund so that we can purchase a theme that is supported properly by their author.
