Hi I have a problem with the services section I can’t update the section always remains the original one. What can it depend on?

Good theme…. but i have an issue. I can’t edit any service or portofolio items. When i’m editing them they don’t save…

To me, this Zix theme is very fantastic but I think there are still some issues in it. First, I clicked on the services section and I edited the service title and also pasted the service content and save the page but to a great surprise, itz still showing the theme default writeups contents and not mine, even after I have clicked the updated button in each of the service page. What could be the cause of this? Pls share here

Hi, I’m having some issues, right after installing the theme, I got the error from Woocommerce that – Your theme (Zix) contains outdated copies of some Woocommerce Template files. I have mentioned everything in detail with log and screenshot in support ticket 2487628 created on 28 July 2020 along with other concerns. I am writing here as I didn’t receive any response for 1 days and 16 hours from the time of creation of ticket; your support page mentioned that regular response time is 1 business day but you will try to get back as soon as possible and your support is off on Fridays (which is tomorrow). I am nearing the deadline to launch the site, so kindly update the theme, or do the needful asap. I installed the latest update of the theme released by you (10 June 2020). Regarding your themes, I purchased Wavee, Zix with extended support and darkel without second thoughts as your theme looks great. I tested only Zix, will install others pretty soon. Please release updates for Zix like wavee which has constant frequent updates. Have mentioned concerns regarding darkel in ticket. Also, try to improve response time for support ticket. Please take this as a constructive feedback .

Even though I uploaded a new logo and defined the dimensions via the settings, it’s still showing yours…only it’s pixelated per the dimensions I set. How do I get this to display my logo instead of the theme’s default?

Can’t edit the “Work with Us” button that exists in the Hero section for Elementor. Options aren’t there to change the text or the link.
