I have the store set to sort the products by name in ascending order.
When using the search engine, it always orders by position from the bottom and I can’t find where to change it. I have the last version installed 2.3.8.1

You could provide productive support…?! I’ve been waiting for a few days for an answer, then you ask another question that you could have asked right away but didn’t… and I have to wait a few days again ? Are you deliberately stretching the time ?

Thank you for your support, quick and efficient. The template fits perfectly with prestashop 1.7, easy to adapt. Of course there are always some minor changes to make and the support team is very quick to answer. I would recommand them.

hi, im trying to make an update of theme, but the check list always tell me Your store is in maintenance mode , but I have a yellow exclamation mark whether I’m in maintenance or production mode

The theme asked me to deactivate an d reactive license again. But when I did the key says You have no more activations left. Now how I am suppose to deal with this. Please help

The truth is that I can’t give the same opinion about the support.
For me, the support is VERY GOOD.
I have 4 akira themes running, and I keep on buying.
Is that because the support doesn’t work?

Followed the documentation.
1. Documentation dosen’t mention anything about child theme – what included and probably needed.
2. Documentation dosen’t mention anything about modules what comes with theme.
3. Can’t activate the theme because “Cannot install module sekeywords. The module sekeywords could not be found on Addons.”

I had to reinstall prestashop and I’m redoing the site. But it no longer allows me to choose the demo to install, where do you decide which demo to insert?
