While updating and creating new page we are getting error “file not found” Also theme speed is very slow

Dear All, Why my purchase code or key license is invalid when I try to register it to unlock all features for slider revolution that has been updated now ? ( Purchase on April 2020 Doyle Theme ) Each time I try to register the key for slider revolution plugin it mentions that the Key was locked. Is it because it’s an old purchase code (2020) ? I really need to unlock all features for slider revolution. Thank you for your help.

Hi! I want to move my site to another domain. The old site has been completely removed. And now I don’t have access to it at all. I’m trying to insert a license into a new site. But it still gives me an error “This product is in use on another domain”. How can I fix this?

Hi Support Good afternoon there. We are facing some issues with the Doyle theme I have purchased. The problems are as follows. 1. Always prompting an error “500 server error” message while uploading images or selecting any images for any elements. e.g. setting up a background image for a section, selecting some images for a gallery and selecting an image for a fancy box image icon, etc. 2. I cannot able to customize the footer. 3. When I select, an error showing “editor has encountered an unexpected error” I can’t continue developing my site unless those issues are fixed. Hi, I have updated the Slider Revolution plugin but it no longer accepts the license key. It seems your extended license is no longer working! Do we have to buy the plugin by subscription?

Contrary to its claims, this theme is buddy and VERY slow, a basic page getting a 51/100 on google page speed and an average of 10 seconds of page load... Disappointed.
