Hi there,
I purchased a plugin and I was having an issue with it and we determined it was the theme that was not compatible. The author of the plugin said:
You need to contact the support of your theme and ask them to fix to not wrap the select box elements by this div construction:
....

Hi there,
My plug-in is not working with the theme again since support updated my theme to the latest version. I had you correct this before for me because the plug-in company told me about some code you had to enter on your end to make it work. It’s duplicating the times when you click on the days. Do you keep a history of my support tickets as I can’t find the code they said to enter on the site? Thank you,

I am having a problem with adjusting the colors of the “Add to Cart” “category” and “tags” text in my theme. I have it set for dark background and the text tor those 3 text lines are in black, matching the background. This is happening for all products, but the one I am currently working on is https://blacksagearms.com/product/bsa-reman-9mm-124gr/

The native page builder for this theme is the Unyson: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GmC2CFXsx_vuRufzgEG0NISgFPTVsG22/ Additionally, you may use Visual Composer, but we recommend to use it only for creating the new pages. Do not mix it with Unyson on the same pages. Best Regards!

Hello,
May I ask for your help with a problem I have on the check out page?
Thing is, just before the Order button the system asks the customer to agree to Terms and Conditions but there is no box to tick anywhere on the page, hence the buyer cannot proceed to order the item.
Can you please let me know what is the info you require from me in order to run necessary checks and resolve the issue?

Hello team!
1. I want to change some settings for single portfolio slider (I need it to stop on hover and I need nav arrows). How can do that? I see some options in the code being parsed from somewhere but I couldn’t find those settings in theme.
2. Is it possible to open image in overlay on click? Can’t find this option also

Hello, team! Is there a way to make breadcrumbs more complex? I am trying to change the color scheme however I am only allowed to use a predefined color scheme. I would like to change it to fit my branding. Your instruction videos show that I can do it, but as you will see with the attached screen capture, that is not an option.
Also, how can I change the logo size. I put a larger image, but it is not changing size at all. I would also like to increase the font of the text next to it and keep it from wrapping.
