Good evening, I am contacting you because I am having trouble with the Oregon theme. Customizing it is fairly difficult and I have tried to hire a shopify expert but they said they can’t do anything being that it’s a 3rd party theme. I was looking for some help getting the theme to my liking. I am willing to hire you or one of your experts or whomever to help me with this.

Hi Support,
ive just downloaded the oregon theme, when trying to edit the password page, product page, collection page, collection list, blogs, cart and 404 page there are no selections to customise the page. It is either showing no selections at all or just the header and footer.
Is there a fix for this?

How can I fix it?

I’d like to know that whether you duplicated the language json file from the current theme default one i.e. ‘en.default.json’ or whether you used a different one for ‘french’. If you’ve duplicated from current theme then first you need to go to edit language as shown here, http://nimb.ws/ShORTZ and then search for your literal here, http://nimb.ws/vCfojc

Good Evening, I hope all is well. Last year on July 7th, we had purchased the Oregon theme. I need some assistance in somehow lessening the height of the header. If you take a look at Crumbkit.com, you will see that the big yellow margin is what I am referring to. Please help, thanks!

I have purchased the Oregon theme ( 06d56e99-d838-4315-8260-73708d4aab9f ), from the website, but can’t upload or active on my shopify , because it gives me an error. I watched the “how to install theme” tutorial as well and I do everything as i supposed to. Could you verify if this theme is still working in 2020, or help me solve this issue ? Thanks in advance

the theme consist of 4 different Index pages.
Is that mean if i buy this theme, i could use all these 4 index? including the widgets from the 4 indexes? right?
