Hello. We have a situation where there are two use cases. 1) We have facilities open for booking in various time slots, and 2) we hold events where there may be multiple in one day. Is it possible to have a master calendar showing all of the events on it (but not the facility booking slots) and then separate booking calendars per facility?

Hi, I have a pre purchase simple question. I need a booking calendar for school visits to a museum, each time bench has a quota of 100 student max. Maybe two schools with 45 and 55 students each can book the same hour but i need a setting to choose visitors number so i can calculate how many places of the 100 max. left at that time. Hello pre support-sales question. I run a studio so it’s booked one slot at a time each day. Is it possible to control available time slots by duration rather than number of slots. So I set 4 time slots per day morning, afternoon, evening and Full Day. If a full day is booked then I need it to show just the evening slot remaining and not use the logic one slot is booked and 3 remain as it appears is the only method… Hope that is not too confusing. If this is achievable I will renew my support for the full answer. So a ‘yes or no’ here is sufficient. Thanks

Hi, I am interested in your theme but please could you answer these questions for me? 1. Is there capability to choose more than an 1hr at a time? So, we need options for 1 hr,3 hours and 5 hours, will the system be able to do this and make sure those hours are booked off the calendar? 2. Can this booking system be managed in the backend, so can an admin block out certain times of the day? 3.We have 4 cars to choose from (to rent out for an experience) and then the times as specified above. Will this be possible? Do we have to have a seperate calendar per car? Or will the client choose a time slot and see what car is available? 4. If a client books the last appointment for the day, will we be able to configure the system so that they can only choose 1 duration (1hr) instead of the other options available? 5. We dont want clients to have EFT payments, they will use PayFast through Woocommerce or a voucher. BUT, will the admin be able to do EFT payments on the clients behalf in the backend? 6. With the voucher on your system, will we be able to use our own design for this? We have a PDF version that we would like to use. 7. Is there a list of all the appointments made to be accessed in the backend, for example, all the appointments booked for a week or month etc, preferably that can be printed out? 8. Will admins be able to to manage everything as discussed, they need to be able to change, edit, manually book & remove online bookings made? 9. On the admin side time slots need to be made available from 6am but for client bookings they can only book from 9am on the calendar booking system. Also, there needs to be a 30-min waiting period after a car has been booked out, so if a car was booked for a 9-10am slot for instance, after 10am the car should not be available to book until 10h30. Bookings are available from Mondays – Sundays daily, BUT no bookings can be made after 15h00 on Mondays – Fridays. Is this customisation possible? 10. Hello, Bookings are allowed despite there being a required field that has not been completed. I would expect this not to be possible and for the system to remind the user to complete this field. Is this working as you planned? Thanks.

I noticed there are only two Elementor compatible themes for escape rooms on the market. They’re both good, and this one seems more flexible, but the other has more sales. It might be the styling. A lot of escape room companies use darker themes.

Pre buying question. For a bowling alley is it possible to book a lane and pay via Woocommerce? I can’t understand it from your demo because when I press book now after I have compiled the form it opens the cart page saying that the cart is empty.
