Some of the reviews here made me pesimistic for this theme but even so I bought it. What can I say - 1 click FULL install with "Unyson" app + wait about 1 min for all the demos without making any changes. The support team (the reason I wrote)... fast response and they even helped me with adding a function that the theme haven't got. 5/5 without a hesitation.

Support very well, after buying the author has supported the installation similar to the demo. After that, I had some problems that needed to edit the structure of the theme, they quickly supported and directly edited the code for me. Feeling very satisfied. I will continue to support this author's theme in the future.

Good product, the Theme works well, Woocomerse 3.0 truly compatible, and highly customisable. Tech support answers right the way, or next business day if you miss their working hours. You might have some troubles during installation if you have old PHP version or low memory hosting, but tech support of the Theme developer will help you solve installation problems. If you buying this you might have no problems and installation will take 10 minutes but in a bad case, if you have old hosting it might take up to 2 business days depends on your time zone and support respond time. This my review after 6 months with this theme. I took the time to evaluate the theme and the support team :I'm happy with this theme, it looks nice and user-friendly. Yes is not perfect and maybe for some people like me a little time and practice on the test platform are needed. I'm not a webmaster or any web professional and I did all customization that I wanted to do. The result is very good and all my customer love it !I got some issues and restriction on my customization but after contacting the support all my points were cleared. Some shot codes are too restrictive and need some evolution, but it's OK, all can't be like we want. From my point of view I recommend this theme and I will buy a support extension to support the team and buy another theme from JWS for another project. MK

I really love this theme and the support is very fast and helped me solve any customisation queries I had. I would highly recommend this theme.

Since I am a web developer, I am making websites for my clients. One of my clients wanted a spa and beauty website so I bought this theme. I have bought a lot of themes before and this one is very amateurishly written. It is not really customizable so a newbie will get lost right away. What I didnt understand: Homepage has a services carousel but you cant get to show more than 4 services/items. When I asked support to help me show more than 4, they said it's outside of their scope. Unbelievable. I do NOT recommend.

Not just a simple download and alter your current theme to this Paradise theme. For some reason the theme will not do simple things like change the colours for background or header. Not sure why the transition is so difficult. I'm sure they want you to pay them to help make it actually look like the examples they have. Also they say there is 6 different header types but I can only access the first sample.
