I don't usually leave negative reviews, unless things get really out of control. I prioritize respect above all, but this time respect was completely absent. Here comes an honest review. We are a web design agency based in Bucharest, Romania. In the past year we have bought around 10 themes from Vinova Themes to build Prestashop online shops with. All of their themes look really good, but once you start digging in to some of the more secondary pages things start to crumble. The most frustrating thing is that the same bugs are present in absolutely all of their themes. For example you will see that the checkout pages are almost always badly styled or include different header.tpl and footer.tpl. This wouldn’t have been a fatal problem, as we learned to cope with these bugs and fix them for each theme. Another major bug is with their “ AJAX FILTER PRODUCT” integrated module, that simply does not work. We have opened support tickets for two webshops built with their themes and here comes the reason why I am writing this review. After giving them access to the websites to fix their bugs, both websites were completely and totally broken. Not only they didn’t fix the bugs that we have mentioned, but the whole websites are now unusable. We have waited and waited for them to fix everything but all we got were lazy, disrespectful replies with really bad english, telling us to delete the cache folder, which we did but obviously had no effect because that was not the problem. One of the websites is totally dead it’s not even loading anymore and the other one had a whole different theme homepage than the one we have configured, even the logo was resetted to default. Luckily, we had backups which we restored and will continue on fixing the countless bugs on our own. The best thing you could do now is admit your themes have some serious issues,and just fix all the problems and update your themes. Really disappointed.

Many bugs have. if want change something then another problem appears. customer support good. but them must be more carefully.

Prompt and excellent customer support! It would be better if more detailed documentation is given so we don't need to trouble the support for theme changes. Nevertheless, it's a beautiful theme! Thank you!

Unfortunately, the template has a lot of errors. Everything reported to "support". Several corrected later, they stopped replying to the e-mail despite the fact that I still have 3 months of support. Writing next e-mails remains unanswered (the last e-mail sent on December 17, 2017 to date, January 4, 2018, no response from the support). Beginning of problems with the template from September 2017.

Hello, Using PS v1.7.6.7, when heading to the Vinova framework page to setup my theme (/index.php?controller=AdminParentPreferences) I got this error: Page not found The controller AdminParentPreferences is missing or invalid. I can’t use the theme configurator. What should I do ?

I had a few bugs, and I asked help to support. They were very kind at first, and everything was perfect. Later I asked to solve another bug (Filtering problem. Filters does not appear in filtering section), but also I asked if they will help with some issue, which is not realated to their theme. They said, that yes, they will solve my problem, and will help me with that issue if I will rate them 5 on themeforest. I did so. And then it happen...After I rate them, I gave them my log in info, to files, and I dont know how did they managed to do that, but I was schocked, when I saw, that all of the modifications that I been doing for 2 weeks were lost. Some files where missing, few modules where missing, It was terrible. They also changed my language and didn't get it back. Some errors accured.They left it like it is. I was shocked. I didnt thought, that Template support can be so terrible and irresponsible. I had to do a backup from my hosting provider, and I lost all of my changes of 2 weeks.After I asked them, what they did, they ofcourse said, they did nothing wrong.Now I still want to fix a bug, which is in filtering, and they said, they will send me a file, which will fix it (because I said, I am afraid to give them new loggins after this situation). It is almost 10 days after all, and they left me with their theme issue to manage it on my own.I would never recommend them to anyone, because they dont care about you and your business. They made a huge damage for me. My client which is waiting this website to be built, is angry because I am not delivering it on time.

hi there. how can i create mega menu, in the documentation you just show screenshot of where to create mega menu, but didn’t show how to create mega menu, i created sub menu items but it look’s like traditional menu dropdown items and sub items, the documentation is not good at all. please help asap.
