Hello ! Is there a way to keep the extra button in the menu header (the one that appears in the desktop version) to keep them in the responsive menu?

Hello,
I just purchased and installed. Unfortunately when trying to view the demo pages they render/display as blank. There are elements in the WPBakery view, but when previewing they show blank. Secondly I attempted to create a support ticket, but when adding the Purchase Code—I get an invalid, unable to find product message.

The support system doesn’t accept my ticket. I just purchased the theme. There is no demo content installed. I need help, but there is no email to contact.

I downloaded and installed I think correctly, when opening home pages and I other pages as well, the page is displaying in some hybrid mode between a mobile and a desktop – I think it is a kind of mis-configuration or so. Can you tell me how can I fix it,,,
